8HI Login and Registration
Registration and login both happen inside the Android app. There is no web sign-in, no browser sign-up, and nothing on this site can create, access, unlock or recover an 8HI account. If you landed here looking for a login form, that is why there is not one.
Creating an 8HI account
- Install the app first. The account is created inside it. See the install guide if it is not on your phone yet.
- Open registration and enter a mobile number. Use a number you actually control and intend to keep, because it is the only route back into the account later.
- Enter the SMS code. One OTP, typed by you, into the app.
- Set a password you have not used elsewhere. A password reused from an email account is the single most common way these accounts get taken.
- Look around before you fund anything. The account costs nothing to hold.
8HI login after the first time
Mobile number and password, or the OTP route if the app offers it on your build. Staying signed in on your own handset is fine. Staying signed in on somebody else's is how an account walks off.
When 8HI login does not work
The OTP never arrives
Check the number you typed, check signal, and check the spam or promotions tab of your SMS app, which on many Android handsets now filters transactional messages by default. Indian carriers also delay transactional SMS at peak hours. Let the resend timer finish rather than requesting four in a row, which some systems treat as abuse and rate-limit.
Wrong password, and you are sure it is right
Use the app's reset flow, which verifies against the registered number. There is no email reset and no web reset, so a page offering you either is not the operator's.
The account is locked
Only 8HI support can unlock it, through the app's own chat. No third party can, whatever they claim, and the ones who claim it want a payment first.
You changed your number
Deal with it through support before you lose access to the old SIM, not after. Recovery against a number you can no longer receive SMS on is the hardest case there is.
Four things nobody legitimate will ever ask you for: your OTP, your UPI PIN, your account password, or remote access to your phone. An OTP is typed by you into the app and given to no one. A UPI PIN authorises money leaving your bank and is never needed by a gaming app or by any support agent, ever. Anyone asking is not support.
Keeping your 8HI account yours
- A password used nowhere else. If it is your email password, one breach somewhere unrelated hands over both.
- Turn on your phone's screen lock. Physical access to an unlocked handset is access to the wallet.
- Do not log in on a friend's phone. If you already have, change the password from your own.
- Treat the public groups as noise. Support that matters happens in the app, where the agent can see your account.
What this site cannot do
We have no access to any 8HI system. We cannot see a balance, chase a withdrawal, reverse a deposit, unlock an account, restore a lost password or escalate anything. Those all belong to 8HI's in-app support. What we can fix is a factual error on this site, and the contact page is for exactly that.
Questions about accounts
How do I create an 8HI account?
Inside the Android app, using a mobile number and an SMS OTP. There is no browser sign-up, and no account can be created on this site.
My 8HI login OTP did not arrive.
Check the number, check signal, and check the spam or promotions tab of your SMS app. Indian carriers also delay transactional SMS at peak times. Let the resend timer finish rather than requesting several in a row.
How do I reset my 8HI password?
Through the app's own reset flow, which verifies against the registered mobile number. There is no email reset and no web reset.
Will 8HI support ever ask for my OTP or UPI PIN?
No. An OTP is typed into the app by you and given to nobody. A UPI PIN authorises money leaving your bank and is never needed by a gaming app or a support agent. Anyone asking for either is stealing from you.
Who can recover a locked 8HI account?
Only 8HI support, through the chat inside the app. No third party can, and the ones who offer to want a payment first.
