Privacy Policy
This page describes what 8hi.net.in does with information about you. It is short because the site does very little: there are no accounts, no logins, no forms and nothing to sign up to.
It does not describe what 8HI does with your data. That is the operator's policy, inside its own app, and this site has no visibility into it.
What the site collects
Nothing you type
There is no contact form, no comment box, no newsletter and no account. The only way to send us anything is email, which you initiate.
Ordinary server logs
Like every web server, this one records requests: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and the browser string. These are kept briefly for security and for diagnosing faults, and are not used to build a profile of you or sold to anyone.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. WordPress sets a session cookie for logged-in administrators, which is us, not you.
Analytics
Where analytics are in use, they are configured to report aggregate traffic rather than to identify individuals. No advertising network is loaded on these pages.
What the site never has
- Your 8HI username, password, OTP or balance.
- Any payment information. There is nothing to pay for here.
- Your UPI ID, bank details or card details.
- Government identity documents of any kind.
If a page claiming to be this site asks you for any of the above, it is not this site.
Email you send us
Messages to [email protected] are read to answer them and kept only as long as that takes. They are not added to a mailing list and not passed on.
Leaving this site
Download buttons here redirect to 8HI's own download page through an internal link. Once you follow it you are on the operator's infrastructure, under its privacy policy and its terms, and nothing on this page applies any more. That is worth knowing before you tap, which is why it is stated here rather than buried.
Third parties in the delivery path
The site is served through a content delivery network and hosted on a commercial server. Both necessarily process request data in order to deliver pages. Neither is given anything beyond what a web request contains.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18.
Your rights
Because almost nothing is collected, there is rarely anything to access or erase. If you believe we hold something about you, write to [email protected] and it will be dealt with.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the page changes with it. There is no archive of previous versions; the page you are reading is the current position.
