This site is an independent guide to the 8HI app. It is not 8HI, and it has no access to any 8HI account, balance, deposit or withdrawal. Please read the next two sections before writing, because they decide whether we can help at all.
What we can help with
- A factual error on any page here, including anything that has gone out of date.
- A broken link, a missing image or a page that will not load.
- A question about something this site says, or should say and does not.
- A correction request from the operator, or from anyone with a documented interest in what is written here.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. If the site is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
What we cannot help with
Everything to do with an account. We cannot see a balance, release a withdrawal, reverse a deposit, unlock or recover an account, restore a password, apply a bonus or escalate a complaint. None of that is within reach of this site, and anyone telling you otherwise is not us.
All of it belongs to 8HI's support, inside the app, where the agent can actually see the account. A public group or a stranger in a chat cannot, and the people who offer to are running a scam.
Never send anyone an OTP, a UPI PIN, a password or a screen-sharing invitation. Not to us, not to anyone claiming to be 8HI support, not to anyone at all. We will never ask for any of them, and we will never ask you for a payment.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. One person reads it, so a reply usually takes a couple of working days.
It helps enormously if you include the page address and quote the sentence you are writing about. For a broken page, the device and browser you were using narrows it down fast.
Press, operators and rights holders
Use the same address. Content, correction and takedown requests are handled seriously and quickly; please include the specific URL and the specific material.
